    Good Morning, All.

    I am working on updating our COVID protocols when conducting an on site, indoor visit. Is anyone is willing to share the COVID questionnaire they use prior to entering a site. Additionally, I am curious- do you use the same protocol if a client is coming into the office to meet with a consultant? Because I have also been tasked with addressing the issue for clients coming into the DOL to utilize our services (i.e. UI, E&T, W&H, etc.). Thanks for your input. Have a great weekend, everyone!     TN has a policy we adopted early in 2020. It is a little dated, but I will add it to the files section.

    TN-Department of Human Resources set building policy in partnership with General Services, and Governor Lee’s Tennessee Pledge:
